Privacy policy
This website includes a contact form where visitors can submit questions about the CHESS project. If you choose to fill in this form, we collect the personal data you provide, namely your name, email address, and message content. There is no newsletter or user registration on this site.
CHESS only uses the information submitted through this form for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Your data will not be used for any other purpose, will not be sold, and will not be shared with third parties outside the CHESS consortium.
Data submitted through the form is retained for until the end of the project in 2030 and then deleted.
Analytics
This website is built and hosted through Squarespace. As part of the platform's standard functionality, basic and anonymous aggregated statistics, such as total number of visits, may be recorded automatically by the platform. This data is not personal, cannot identify you in any way, and is not accessed or used by the CHESS team for any purpose beyond understanding general website traffic.
